Beginning June 1 you will be able to pay Water and Sewer invoices online.

You can pay your bill by credit card or ACH [automated cheking].

This allows you to submit a service request to any Municipal department.
The request will be logged.
Status can be checked by calling the department the request was sent to.

request for absentee ballot form. 

This form enables a landlord to transfer responsibility for the utility bill to the tenant.

Beginning November 1, 2012 you will be able to pay property tax invoices online.

Payments will be accepted using ACH [automated checking]

Vermont Voter Regristration Form

Become a registered voter in the Town of St Johnsbury.
Please Print and deliver to the town clerk along with current ID.

ZONING DRB APPLICATION 

Print and submit the Zonning DRB Application to obtain a Planning and Zoning Permit for new construction, additions, change of use, conditional use or permitted use.

Parking Permit Application (Beginning June 1)

Register for a parking permit for Pearl Street, Pearl Street upper or main street.

Fish and Wildlife License

Can be purchased at St. Jay Hardware, on Eastern Ave., or Caplan's on Railroad St., or online.
