The StJ Chamber's newest edition to the Holiday Celebration of Traditions New and Old, this celebration is a mix of creative genius and fund-raising. 

Business, individuals, and organizations will be asked to sponsor a wreath, decorate it, put it on display at the Pomerleau Building and then watch the bids come in. 

The silent auction will raise funds for downtown evitalization programs and projects. 

The winning bids will be announced opening of Santa's Village.
